With experience managing over 450 Theatrical and Home Entertainment releases and eleven awards for marketing excellence in the past ten years the management team at Coffee & Cigarettes offers a unique blend of skills and experience.

The company’s managing partners have both held ‘Head of Department’ positions in UK & US distribution with experience ranging from marketing, publicity and design through to acquisitions, sales & business affairs. It is this blend of knowledge that perfectly places Coffee & Cigarettes to deliver creative elements and sales & marketing services that surpass the industry standard.




Tom is a multi-award-winning senior marketer with experience managing the release of over 350 Theatrical and Home Entertainment titles in the UK and USA over the last 10 years. A skilled art director, copywriter, TV/radio ad scriptwriter and trailer edit director Tom has a proven track record for conceiving, planning and executing innovative, effective, head-turning campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines. For several years Tom held the positions of Head of Marketing and Creative Director at Revolver Entertainment, a company renowned for its innovative campaigns. Tom has won ten awards for marketing in the past 10 years.

Campaigns of note include Grizzly Man, Tell No One, Kidulthood (multi-award-winning campaign), City Rats (award-winning campaign), Tyson: The Movie and more recently the campaign for acclaimed hit, The Imposter.



Eduardo is the former Head of Acquisitions at a leading UK and US independent distribution company. With 10 years of experience in the industry he has also worked in Script Development, Film Production, Film Sales, Post Production and Servicing. Personally he has acquired over 100 titles and delivered over £3 Million in revenue on titles ranging from feature films to special interest productions. Outside of the UK he has also acquired rights for North America and has worked on joint acquisitions with Australia, Canada, France and Germany.

This wealth of diversity and wide range of contacts and connections, gained from years of experience attending all the major film festivals and markets around the world make him a valuable asset to any Producer, Sales agent or Distributor.



Ash is a highly skilled Graphic Designer and Photographic Composition Artist with over 20 years experience within the Industry. Since 1994 he has worked predominantly on Theatrical and Home Entertainment Key-Arts and Film Marketing Campaigns for some of the biggest names in the Film Industry. From conception through to final production and encompassing all aspects of print and digital media, Ash has worked on over 600 titles for Universal Pictures, DreamWorks LLC, Momentum Pictures, Revolver Entertainment, FilmFour and PolyGram. He previously headed the In-house design team at Revolver Entertainment.

UK Marketing Campaigns of note include The Pianist, Gladiator, Shaun Of The Dead, Van Helsing, Chronicles Of Riddick, Outlander, Hannibal Rising, The Crazies, Season Of The Witch, Iron Sky and The Imposter.



Martin has worked across various sectors of the industry for a wide range of companies, from larger Studios such as Sony Pictures to smaller independent companies such as Revolver Entertainment.

Whilst at Sony he worked in a number of areas including Home Entertainment; notable release campaigns include those for ‘2012’, ‘Angels & Demons’, ‘Hancock’, ‘District 9’, ‘The Social Network’, ‘Rambo’, ‘The Other Guys’, ‘Moon’ and ‘The Damned United’. He also worked on a number of successful multi-platform releases (covering everything from Theatrical to digital distribution) for titles such as ‘Outpost’, ‘Black Death’, ‘Exam’, ‘Retreat’ and ‘Ong Bak – The Beginning’.

During his time at Revolver, his marketing campaigns included those for Justin Kurzel’s ‘Snowtown’, Ben Drew’s debut feature ‘ill Manors’, the Gunslinger-produced ‘Offender’, Werner Herzog’s ‘Into the Abyss’ and the BAFTA-winning documentary ‘The Imposter’.
Martin is also an experienced Producer having created a wide range of documentaries, commentaries and other materials for numerous DVD and Blu-ray releases including such films as ‘Gandhi’, ‘A Passage to India’, ‘Oliver!’, ‘The Other Boleyn Girl’ and ‘Spider-Man 3’.



The company’s Production department is headed by experienced trailer and TV commercials Director and Editor, Gareth Molan.
Gareth has worked on numerous successful UK and international film campaigns for major clients such as E1, Universal, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros. Paramount, Adult Swim, Revolver, Optimum Releasing and Metrodome. Some of Gareth’s film campaign credits include, Metallica: Through the Never, Ill Manors, Flowers of War, Sin Nombre, Into the Abyss, Me and Orson Welles, Liberal Arts, Big River Man, Elite Squad, For those in Peril and Black Death.

As a Director, Gareth has directed TV promos for clients such as Vauxhall, HTC, UEFA and ITV.

Gareth’s background is in Animation and Visual effects, having worked as an animator on many top-selling Playstation games. He has created Visual Effects for numerous TV commercials.​ This specialist skill allows Gareth to produce really impactful trailers which deliver beyond industry standards in terms of visual effects.



Niamh is responsible for the design and development of Coffee & Cigarettes’ websites, search engine optimisation, web analytics and digital ads.
